This is a very frequent question among my students, and I usually end up giving suggestions to the ones who ask me. So, if you didn´t ask me this question - yet - here´s another link for you to practice English: http://www.nonstopenglish.com/allexercises/
In this website, you have to choose the topic you want to work with, and then the kind of exercise you want. There are either vocabulary or grammar activities.

Then add them to your msn or skype, and practice your English! - listen to yourself - you have, on your computer, a tool called Voice Recorder (Gravador de Som, in Portuguese). Go to Start, Programs, Accessories and there you have it. Take the dialogues from your Workbook (or Sudent´s Book) and record it. Then listen to yourself.
